Abstract

BPS-Statistics Indonesia is committed to providing quality statistical data for all parties. Therefore, a Data Needs Survey (SKD) was conducted to identify the level of consumer needs and satisfaction. The 2021 SKD is carried out by all Integrated Statistical Service units at the BPS RI, Provincial BPS, and Regency/Municipality BPS. The results of the 2021 SKD were analyzed using several analytical methods, namely cross tabulation analysis, gap analysis, and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). The 2021 SKD data processing is carried out to obtain information regarding data needs, the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), and Key Performance Indicators (IKU) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
