Abstract

Statistics Indonesia (BPS) is committed to providing quality statistical data for all parties. Therefore, the Data Needs Survey (SKD) was conducted to identify the level of customer needs and satisfaction. SKD 2019 is implemented by all Integrated Statistics Services units in the Central BPS, Provincial BPS, and Regency / City BPS. The results of SKD 2019 were analyzed using several analytical methods, namely cross tabulation analysis, gap analysis, and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). 2019 SKD data processing is carried out to obtain information about data requirements, the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Key Performance Indicators (IKU).
